TSUNAMI SALES POLICIES


General Terms

  • Customer is any authorized Tsunami Visual Technologies (TVT)
    distributor or recognized account placing an order for equipment or
    parts with TVT.

Ordering

  • Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. TVT reserves
    the right to determine shipping priority of any order.
  • Incorrectly ordered items:
-If an item is ordered incorrectly by a customer, TVT will accept
returns within 18-days from the receipt of the product by the
customer and at the customer’s expense. In addition, the cost of
shipping the correct product will also be the responsibility of the
customer.
-If an item is ordered correctly by a customer but the order has not
been processed or shipped correctly by TVT, TVT will accept
returns up to 18-days from the receipt of the product by the
customer and at TVT’s expense. TVT will also be responsible for
resulting charges of shipping the correct product to the customer.

Invoicing

  • Unless otherwise arranged, all orders will be invoiced upon shipping at
    Net 30-day Terms. Invoice due dates will be calculated from the
    invoiced date.
  • All invoices 30 days past due are subject to finance charges.
  • Please note that after 90 days past due, any invoice may be referred to
    an outside agency by TVT for collection. Customer will be responsible
    for collection charges, as well as the original invoice amount.

Freight

  • All purchase orders for equipment or parts MUST specify shipping
    method and freight carrier. No order can be processed without shipping
    information.
  • For parts orders, TVT will provide UPS Ground freight to its customers
    at no additional cost. Customers who require faster service will be
    responsible for any additional costs. These policies apply to warranty
    and non-warranty orders, rental partners, floor models and trial
    purchase units. The shipping method for revenue sharing partners will
    be solely the decision of TVT.
  • Any errors or damages in shipping previous orders will be handled in an
    expedited manner to resend the order. Customers must resolve
    damaged (in shipment) or incorrectly shipped parts within 14 days of
    receipt.

Credit Memos

  • Any credit memo issued by TVT will be applied toward the specific
    invoice. If the invoice in question has been paid, a General credit memo
    will be issued that can be applied toward any other invoice at the
    customer’s discretion.

WARRANTY

  • All non-motion cabinets and kits have a warranty period of 90 days.
  • All motion based units have a warranty period of 180 days.

Return Policy

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST BE ISSUED
    by TVT and accompany any item returning to TVT. Please note that
    TVT reserves the right to refuse ANY item returned to TVT without an
    RMA.
  • RMA numbers for entire TsuMo units can be obtained through
    Tsunami's Sales department (ext. 111).
  • RMA numbers for replacement parts can be obtained though Tsunami’s
    Service department (ext. 181).
