TSUNAMI VISUAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT
WITH DAVE & BUSTER¹S TO PURCHASE TSUMO FOR U.S. STORES

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
- March 29, 2002, Fremont, California.

Tsunami Visual Technologies, Inc., has reached an agreement with Dallas-
based powerhouse, Dave & Buster's Inc., to place TsuMo™ motion-base multi-
game systems in D&B locations throughout the United States. This
partnership strengthens Tsunami¹s reputation as the leader in motion
entertainment and once again demonstrates D&B¹s commitment to deliver the
latest cutting-edge technology to their customers.

"Dave & Buster's has built itself up through the years into the top LBE with
over forty locations worldwide," said Jay Yuan, President of Tsunami Visual
Technologies, Inc. "It always speaks well of any product when a company like
D&B puts at least one (and in some cases two) machine in every location.
Their constant commitment to purchase only the top-earning products forces
others within the industry to take notice and follow suit. Now operators around
the world are discovering for themselves that a single-player motion-simulator
with interactive games actually makes economic sense in a variety of other
locations, not just D&B. But this deal gives us the high profile visibility and
credibility that every company desires."

Mike Kane, Director of Games for Dave & Buster¹s also expressed his
pleasure with the agreement, stating "The TsuMo™ multi-game system with
Beachead 2000 has greatly outperformed our expectations and is a top
earner in each store. We¹re really looking forward to the release of their next
title, Crimson Skies, and adding this software upgrade to our existing units.
Then players will be able to choose between two great games. Tsunami has
demonstrated through its advanced engineering and technical support that
they are willing to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction."
