FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - March 15, 2002, Fremont, California.
Tsunami Visual Technologies, Inc., has reached agreement with Innovative
Concepts in Entertainment, Inc. to exclusively represent TsuMo™, a motion-

C.E. will immediately begin marketing efforts and will exhibit Tsunami¹s current
top-earning title, Beach Head 2000, at the Theme Parks and Fun Centers
Exhibition in Dubai April 23rd through the 25th.
³I.C.E.¹s reputation for quality, performance and loyal export accounts made
them the top choice for the Middle East and Mexican markets,² said Brian
Duke, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Tsunami. ³I was impressed with
the leadership and professionalism of Ralph Coppola, President of I.C.E., Joe
Coppola, VP of I.C.E and the company as a whole. Our industry has seen
them grow into the major force in coin-operated amusement and develop their
avenues of worldwide distribution. Now that Tsunami Visual Technologies Inc.
is in a position to build the International market, we wanted only the best to
represent Tsunami.²
"I.C.E. is extremely excited about the prospect of representing Tsunami Visual
Technologies," said Joe Coppola, VP of I.C.E. "We have found TsuMo™ to be
the new leader in motion simulation and we feel both the platform and the
software development are tremendously strong. Beach Head 2000 is a great
game. The experience that this platform provides is excellent and the game
play provides for non-stop action and excitement. I.C.E. is constantly looking
for products we can represent in export markets where we are especially
strong and we feel that our customers in both Mexico and the Middle East will
benefit greatly from adding the Tsunami product to their lineup. We
appreciate the opportunity that Tsunami has given I.C.E. and we look forward
to building a long term mutually beneficial relationship."
At the same time, Tsunami also granted exclusive distribution rights for the
state of Texas to Southgate Moss, a division of Moss Distributors and I.C.E.
"The latest agreement paralleled the partnership with I.C.E. and it strengthens
the bonds between the two companies," said Mehdi Eghbal, National Sales
