REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT WITH BRADY DISTRIBUTING COMPANY

Tsunami Visual Technologies, Inc., secured Brady Distributing Co. to
exclusively represent Tsunami's motion-base multi-game system, known as
TsuMo™, in all states where Brady has offices. This area will include North
Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.

Brady Distributing Co., a family owned distributorship headed by Jon P. Brady
and his son Jon W., is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since
opening in 1944, Brady has been dedicated to representing only the top
manufacturer lines in the coin-op amusement industry. Raleigh Rossow,
